2. Refund Eligibility for Paid Subscriptions
Due to the availability of the comprehensive free trial and the immediate deployment of our digital services, our policy regarding paid subscriptions is as follows:
- Non-Refundable After Purchase: Once a user elects to upgrade from the free trial to any paid Grochats subscription plan (monthly or annual), the subscription fees for that period are generally ineligible for a refund.
- Cancellation of Future Charges: If you choose to discontinue service, you must cancel your subscription within your account settings. This action ensures that you are not charged for any future billing cycles.
3. Non-Refundable Services & Fees
